DRAMIVO PRIVATE LIMITED (“Dramepe”) is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through dramepe.com, the Dramepe app and our APIs.

What we collect

Enquiries and complaints: name, business name, email, mobile number, city and the message you send.
Partner accounts: KYC details and documents, business details, bank account for top-ups, and device and login information.
Transactions: biller or operator, customer identifiers the biller requires (such as consumer or policy number), customer name returned by the biller, amount, mobile number for the receipt, and references.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs needed to secure the service.

We do not ask for or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking passwords or OTPs.

Why we use it

To process transactions and send receipts.
To verify partners and prevent fraud, as required by law and payment network rules.
To answer enquiries and resolve complaints.
To keep records that the law requires us to keep.

Who we share it with

Only what is needed, with: the BBPOU and Bharat Connect, billers and operators to complete a payment; banks and payment partners for top-ups and payouts; KYC verification providers; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Transaction and KYC records are kept for the period required by applicable law and payment network rules, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, access is limited to staff who need it, and systems are logged and monitored.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights. Some records must be kept by law even if you ask us to erase them. Write to dramivoind@atomicmail.io. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
